The professional services team of our partners will be responsible for new installations and improvements in the existing FINANWARE™ installations. For each FINANWARE™ project a dedicated project team will be designated to comprise a project manager, industry consultants and technical experts.

This project team uses tested tools and methodologies to ensure the success of the FINANWARE™ project by assisting and transferring know-how to the Financial Institution from the very beginning of the initial planning stages until FINANWARE™ is operational.

Business Discovery
Our industrial consultants will homologate the FINANWARE™ business model with the institutional parameters and goals by determining the organizational and business structure as well as the metrics and indicators that will present the right picture of the organization's performance, the information required for measurement purposes and future information gathering strategies.

Data Discovery
Once the parameters and objectives of the business have been identified, our technical experts will check the existence of the information required for input into the FINANWARE™ data model. Each data source will be analyzed, documenting the characteristics of the technological platform on which the data to be extracted are processed, their origin, type and structure, volume and updating frequency and the available historical records. The loading strategy will be defined first, followed by the existing backup processes, the processing time windows for the associated management systems and the possibilities of making changes or validations at the source to ensure the consistency and homologating the data to be extracted for transfer to the warehouse by using the ETL FINANWARE™ DIS tool.

Modeling and Parametrization
Our industry consultants will adjust the parametrization of the FINANWARE™ products to support the reality of the financial and operational information of the Financial Institution, according to the definitions agreed in the Business Discovery.

Preparation of FINANWARE™ DIS and data loading
Our technical experts will adjust the data extraction, transformation and loading through FINANWARE™ DIS in order to initiate the process of population to the FINANWARE™ corporate data model from the data sources identified in the Data Discovery. In addition, the completeness of the loaded information and its equivalence with the source data will be verified.

Functional Training
Our industry consultant will methodologically train the end users in the management of the system, the parametrization of products and the interpretation and exploitation of the results of the FINANWARE™ reports.

Technical Training
Our technical experts will train the technical staff of the Financial Institution responsible for the data extraction process of transactions systems in the metamodel obtained during the information discovery phase, and train the datawarehouse managers in the management of the FINANWARE™ and FINANWARE™ DIS processes.
