FINANWARE™ ANALYTICAL CRM

The Analytical CRM
Profitability Per Customer interface has been enabled.
As of now the data output from the Profitability processes
may be seen in the Analytical CRM to significantly
improve the display of the user's analysis. Whatever
the report viewed may be, Fragment Analysis, Profile
Analysis, Segment Analysis, Products by Relevant Segments,
Products by Complementary Segments, Cross-Selling,
the profitability data are always available.

All the Profitability
Per Customer figures can now be seen as customer attributes.
At any time and anywhere in the system where customer
data can be viewed, the relevant profitability figures
will be displayed, thus increasing the range of analysis
for the FINANWARE™ users.

The Fragment Analysis
report includes the dynamic definition of the analysis
schema. Now the user chooses what he/she wants to
see and how.
·
In the Analytical CRM
reports it is now possible to query, at any time,
the definition of the analysis target group; for example,
WOMEN-SINGLE-OLDER THAN 18-NO INDEBTEDNESS.

The Drill-Through
option, or in-depth analysis, is implemented for the
Analytical CRM reports, so that for the amounts and
totals shown in the reports the details are obtained
with just one click. This makes it possible to know
who generates a result or what operations generate
a certain amount.
·
The generation of
an analysis target group in order to define campaigns
is simplified by the possibility of using the customer
search and then the search result for such definition
purposes.
·
To obtain the Cross-Selling
report is now as simple as using the customer search
option and locating the desired customer. It is an
on-line report which does not require running the
batch process.
FINANWARE™ CREDIT RISK IRBa

The inclusion of the
Financial Use of Credit in the Loan Portfolio improves
the analysis capabilities of the credit officers.
·
The Loan Portfolio
Status Reports, Amounts Allotted, Related Loans and
Migration Pattern include new columns to show the
loan totals by status.
·
The Loan Portfolio
Status Report has implemented the Drill-Through option
to improve the analysis possibilities of the user.
It is now possible to have details of the operations
that generate any figure or total shown in the report.
FINANWARE™ ADMINISTRATION
CONSOLE

The system Administrator
is now able to better follow up the system users'
activities through the entry and exit into the system
which it records. One can find out, at any time, who,
when and to what application FINANWARE™ was connected
through the audit tracing it provides.

In order to improve
security in the use of the FINANWARE™ administration
options, the Administration Console is now divided
into 2 front-ends: the Security Console through which
the system's Safety Schema and Process Console that
will be used by the system operator to run the mass
and maintenance processes are managed and administered.
FINANWARE™ PROFITABILITY PER CUSTOMER

It is now possible
to obtain the Profitability Per Customer report on-line
via such a simple process as finding the customer
by using the option in the system, applying a wide
range of filters, and choosing the query button. It
is no longer necessary to run a batch process to find
the detailed profitability of a specific customer.
·
The Total Profitability
Per Customer has been substantially enhanced by increasing
the information displayed and improving the report
definition options. One can now decide what groups
of clients to retrieve and the data to view during
each query.
